i really like the librarian trade rebalance, BUT!!

i love the thing they tried to do at mojang, but i find it stupid how the masters dont give the maxed version of the enchant, i mean sure unb 2, fortune 2 and prot 3 i can live with that, but sharp and eff 3?
so, it sounds like an easy change, yet i dont really know where to go about that, also i dont know if this is easier done through a mod or datapack or maybe even through a resource pack so pls help
