concrete powder to stained glass

Im not good with datapacks and was wondering how i would add custom smelting recipies
specifically adding the ability to smelt concrete powder into the same color stained glass
i had a datapack that did this but hasnt been updated
ive used misodes recipie generator to get this but dont know what to do with it
any help would be appreciated
