Executes command after crafting a recipe

Hi, I am very new to datapack making, and i want to make a crafting table recipe that executes "/effect" commands on the player. Is it possible? If not, is there any workarounds? The recipe here is the thing that works on vannila crafting table. Thanks in advance!
